Ad targeting fail

Why is there an ad for Psoriasis treatment on the side of my facebook. Do I fit in the ad segmentation for them, because that is a total fail. I understand the sports ads and clothing, but when you try and target someone for an illness on facebook, you probably aren't going to find a lot of customers. Next ill be getting side ads for blood sugar testers or something.
